Sozo Ministry
What Does sozo mean?
Sozo is a Greek word that occurs 110 times in the New Testament. It’s meaning is a combination of being saved, healed and delivered. There are other Greek words for each of these, but only Sozo means all three together.
What Can You Expect?
A Sozo session usually takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours. The aim of Sozo is to identify the root cause of those things that hinder our connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This usually involves forgiveness. With a healed connection with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit you can begin to walk in the destiny to which you have been called.
A Sozo session is not a counseling session; it’s a time of Holy Spirit guided interaction between you and the Trinity, bringing you into greater intimacy with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Sozo doesn’t concentrate on sin; it concentrates on getting to the roots of the problems we live with, the wounds we’ve experienced and the lies we believe because of these wounds. These are lies about ourselves and about God, lies that often lead us into behaviors that are destructive.
